New user account is not created or notification email did not arrive? Remedies

Symptoms:

You installed MemberWing, ran test transaction but new user did not get created and/or notification email did not get delivered.
or:
Your new member paid but he did not receive notification email.

Tips, Hints and Remedies:

Are you using free version of MemberWing? Free version does not support automatic account creation. Only Webmaster and Professional versions support it.
Did you ran test transaction against already existing account?
or:
Did you ran test transaction against your own administrative account/email?
All test purchases must be done from account/email that does not yet exist in WordPress Users database. If account already exist – MemberWing will not send [...]

Installation and Configuration:

Download the latest version of MemberWing
Unzip and upload ‘member-wing‘ directory into ./wp-content/plugins So the resulted directory is: ./wp-content/plugins/member-wing
Activate it: goto dashboard, Plugins -> Member Wing -> Activate
Goto Settings tab->MemberWing Plugin – and note the “premium contents markers”: {+}, {++}, {+++}, {++++} Markers are the pieces of text that separate free teaser part of your article from the premium part of it.
Make a note of “Premium Content Warning [...]

I just wanted to write to tell you that Memberwing is an awesome plugin!

It's really clean, straightforward and most importantly, user-friendly.
Admittedly I'd tried a competitor's product based on it's reputation in the IM community and it's good, no doubt. The downside is that it has a high learning curve to get beyond all the software's functions, and I just didn't want to clutter my mind with it.
With Memberwing, it's nice to actually find products that simply do what they say. I was up and running the plugin in about 5 minutes. This coupled with the MW Gradual Content upgrade is a winning combination!

Gleb, LOL, I stand in awe. I've bought both your premium version of Memberwing and Gradual Content plugins (I've checked quite a few others and was comparing them to Memberwing when I noticed that you had integrated 2CO! I bought it immediately, since the other vendors couldn't or haven't yet figured out 2CO and don't offer it!). I have to say the way you've made Memberwing and Gradual Content so simple with so few inputs and riding on WordPress's existing functions and 2CO's capabilities is nothing short of genius. When you're used to having tons of options to configure (with other plugins or software), the lack of them in yours really made my brain go haywire searching for things that weren't there. And the small size of that install - are you kidding me? Something wasn't right. It COULDN'T BE right. And so I was wrong. It feels really good nevertheless. If only most other plugins are THIS simple. Man you're good (dammit). Spiky
